As Garrus arrives early in Mass Effect 3, other than the recruitment of Javik, no major decisions (including the status of the romance, which Shepard can call off immediately after reuniting with no hard feelings) have been made.

INCENTIVE/FIT:

First and foremost, Garrus' primary concern is about saving the galaxy from the Reapers, a machine race bent on the destruction of all spacefaring races. He'd jump at the opportunity to have them wiped out of existence, and for good measure, have all impacted planets (his own included) restored to their pre-Reaper state.

Fit-wise, Garrus isn't any stranger to intimacy. He can potentially start a relationship with either a female Shepard, or Tali, references a past encounter with a fellow squadmate, and can also go on a date with a female turian during the game. All in all, he's a pretty laid-back guy, though his flirting leaves quite a bit to be desired.

ANYTHING ELSE?

Given Garrus' alien biology (as in: he can't eat human food without, in the best case, suffering an allergic reaxtion), I'm going to request humanization.

That being said, if he could get a "transformation module" or something to let him use his normal form for an hour a day (mostly because learning to shoot with five fingers is haaaard), that'd be awesome (note: if this is not possible, I completely understand). Either way, he'd ask to come in with his visor and sniper rifle.
