No, he hadn't managed to murder a little girl and her dog like Heero had, but he was sure there had been collateral damage he just hadn't stuck around to see in the end of the mission. For his own sake and everyone else's on the mission Duo often chose not to stay around after he'd detonated a bomb or blown up a base. As sociopathic as he tended to be, seeing people cry over their lost loved ones was still not an easy state of affairs for him.
Even a literal terrorist had never released disease upon the world, which had been partially why he'd been so unimpressed with the terrorists in Olympia the month before - ]
